(Cushing, Okla.) An Open House was held Thursday at Senior Concepts in honor of their 10th anniversary. Senior Concepts, located at 941 E. Cherry, is an outpatient mental health treatment program that provides intensive treatment Monday through Friday. Treatment is provided by a licensed multidisciplinary team.
Joanne Kaplan, program director at Senior Concepts, presented information about the programs to those who attended the open house. Door prizes and refreshments were also provided.
Senior Concepts recognizes the elderly and their caretakers have unique problems and needs and offers psychiatric intervention that can improve the life of not only the patient, but their families.
Senior Concepts also provides transportation, free of charge, to and from the program for those who are unable to drive themselves.
