(Stillwater, Okla.) — An Oklahoma City man was charged today in Payne County District Court with kicking open a locked door at a Stillwater residence on Sunday and stealing two surveillance cameras, a surveillance system transmitter, a ten-speed bicycle, an area rug, and an Osprey Day Pack with a combined total value of more than $1,000.
    Jacob Timothy White, 38, remains in the Payne County Jail pending his arraignment Thursday on the two-count felony charge, court records show.
    If convicted of second-degree burglary, White could be imprisoned for up to seven years.
    If convicted of grand larceny in a dwelling house, White could be imprisoned for up to eight years.
