(Stillwater, Okla.) — An ex-convict from Oilton, who was released from prison nine months ago, was arraigned today from the Payne County Jail on charges of possessing the drug, oxycodone, and shoplifting a cell phone case and screen cover from a Walmart in Stillwater, both on Friday.

Todd Tracey Flowers Jr., 26, was ordered held on $5,000 bail pending his appearance in court on Dec. 16 with an attorney.

If convicted of his two-count charge filed today in Payne County District Court, Flowers could be incarcerated for 20 years plus 30 days and fined $10,500, court records show.

According to the state Department of Corrections, Flowers was given two concurrent 10-year prison terms in December 2010 for endeavoring to manufacture methamphetamine in Pawnee County and possessing methamphetamine in Oklahoma County.

Flowers served about three years and two months of his sentence prior to his release in February, DOC records show.
