(Oklahoma City) The Oklahoma Highway Patrol announces a promotion ceremonyfor Trooper Joseph Lang and Captain Mike McCelland.
Trooper Lang will be promoted to lieutenant and assigned supervisory dutiesin Troop A, Oklahoma City. Captain McCelland will receive a promotion tomajor and assigned duties as an OHP Zone Commander.
The ceremony will be held on Monday, January 5th at 10:00 AM at Troop A OHPHeadquarters. Troop A is located at 2480 W. I-240 Frontage Road inOklahoma City. All members of the media are welcome and encouraged toattend.
