(Stillwater, Okla.) — No foul play is suspected in the death of a woman whose body was dropped off at the Stillwater Medical Center Emergency Room on Friday morning by her juvenile relatives, Payne County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Rockford Brown told KUSH.
The cause of death of 39-year-old Leslie Sloan, who had pre-existing medical conditions, will be determined by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, the sheriff’s spokesman said.
Stillwater police “did stop and detain the juveniles inside the city limits,” Friday morning while they were headed to pick up another relative, the sheriff’s spokesman said.
“They were questioned. No one was arrested,” the sheriff’s spokesman said.
The matter had been referred to the Payne County Sheriff’s Office.
