(Cushing, Okla.) It was a white tablecloth kind of day at Steer InnThursday, as Cushing Rotary Club held their induction of officers for 2010 – 2011.  The incoming District Governor Butch Freeman did the honors of swearing in the new officers.

Freeman, a retired United States Air Force officer, has been a member of the Midwest City Rotary Club since 1989 and will officially take over the reins as District Governor July 1st from Cushing Rotarian Dr. Tami Babb.  “Tami has been a terrific governor!” Freeman said.  “And don’t forget – you still have two more weeks to go!”

Rotary president for 2010 – 2011 is Mandy Floyd.  Her officers are: Mike Gaskins, Dr. Robert Mullins, Trish Reyman, Holly Tichenor, Mark Lauderdale and Dennis Tull.  Willetta Smith will serve as Sergeant of Arms and Bill Ahrberg, Jr. will serve on the board.

Cushing Rotary Club meets each Thursday at noon at Steer Inn Family Restaurant in Cushing.
