(Tulsa, Okla.) – Hillcrest HealthCare System (HHS) is changing lives, and this week, many of its facilities will be changing their names to reflect the new Hillcrest.
One of those facilities is Cushing Regional Hospital. Staff at CRH received the announcement at a breakfast on Thursday morning.
Based in Tulsa, HHS is comprised of six full-service hospitals and two of the region’s leading physician groups – Utica Park Clinic and Oklahoma Heart Institute. HHS employs nearly 5,300 team members and has a medical staff of nearly 1,200 physicians that provide innovative and high quality healthcare in metropolitan and rural settings throughout northeastern Oklahoma.
“Hillcrest was established more than 90 years ago and today is one of the largest healthcare systems in the state,” said Kevin Gross, President and CEO of Hillcrest HealthCare System. “With the addition of SouthCrest Hospital, Claremore Regional Hospital, SouthCrest Medical Group and Northeast Oklahoma Medical Group in 2011, we wanted to unify our system under one recognizable brand.”
New hospital names:
* SouthCrest Hospital will become Hillcrest Hospital South
* Cushing Regional Hospital will become Hillcrest Hospital Cushing
* Claremore Regional Hospital will become Hillcrest Hospital Claremore
* Henryetta Medical Center will become Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta
* SouthCrest Medical Group and Northeast Oklahoma Medical Group are now part of Utica Park Clinic
Bailey Medical Center in Owasso, Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma Heart Institute and Utica Park Clinic’s names will not change.
The logos of many Hillcrest facilities have also been refreshed. The new look, which includes a single green leaf, reflects HHS’ commitment to health, wellness and continued growth.

Hillcrest HealthCare System includes Hillcrest Medical Center, Hillcrest Hospital South, Hillcrest Hospital Claremore, Hillcrest Hospital Cushing, Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta, Bailey Medical Center in Owasso, Oklahoma Heart Institute and Utica Park Clinic.
