(Cushing, Okla.,) Today Cushing, Oklahoma celebrated the 63rd Anniversary of “The National day of Prayer” themed “One Voice United in Prayer”.
Romans 15:6 has was selected as the NDP Scripture: “So that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
The author of this year’s prayer was Anne Graham Lotz, 2014 Honorary Chairman of NDP. Lotz is the daughter of Billy Graham. A recording of Lotz reading the prayer was aired on KUSH Today, May 1st.
Student led prayer was to be be held at all Cushing’s schools this morning.
