(Cushing, Okla.) The following information is a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety.
A three vehicle collision occurred at 10:32 (am) on Friday, May 29th (2015) at State Highway 51 & State Highway 108 South, east of Stillwater.
The 1994 Chevrolet S10 that was being driven by Katherine Frantz (58) of Davenport was traveling northbound on State Highway 108 and failed to stop striking the 2013 Dodge Avenger, driven by Jane Swokes (65) of Cushing. Swokes, Dodge Avenger was eastbound on State Highway 51 at the time and then spun into the westbound traffic. The driver of vehicle #3, Sarah Young (21) of Drumright was westbound in a 2013 Nissan Altima on State Highway 51 when she struck both the 2013 Dodge Avenger and the Chevrolet S10.
Frantz was transported by LifeNet to Stillwater Medical Center where she was treated and released. Her passenger Marion Wilson (70) of Davenport was also transported by LifeNet to Stillwater Medical Center and he was also treated and released.
Swokes was transported by LifeNet to Stillwater Medical Center where she was admitted in stable condition. Her passenger Marion Swokes (65) of Cushing was transported by EagleMed to OU Medical where he was admitted in critical condition. (Marion was pinned for an unknown length of time before being freed by Stillwater Fire Department.)
Young was not injured in the accident.
Seat-belts were in use in all three vehicles.
