(Cushing, Okla) — The regular monthly meeting of the Cushing Board of Commissioners is slated for Monday, October 21, 2019 at 7 pm in City Hall.  Agenda items include a proclamation proclaiming November as National Runaway Prevention Month, a report from the Cushing Library Board and a resolution authorizing the Board to proclaim the holding of an election for the purpose of electing one candidate to the Cushing Board of Commissioners Office No. 5.  In General Business, Commissioners will vote to accept the resignation of Tracie Rose in the position of Treasurer of the City, CMA, CHA, CIA and CEFA.  In Executive Session, the Board will discuss the possible appointment of Darla Huckaby to the position being vacated by Rose.  Voting will take place when the Board returns to open session.

 

In Cushing Hospital Authority business, Trustees will vote on a resolution authorizing the execution of a medical Building Lease with SMC for the property located at 1030 East Cherry.
