(Stillwater, Okla.) — A Jennings man jailed on $30,000 bond has been ordered to appear in Payne County District Court Wednesday on charges of sexually abusing a 5-year-old girl, to whom he is related, while he was staying at her home in Yale on May 9.

Patrick Rayne Koelliker, 20, could be given a minimum of 25 years in prison if convicted of fondling the child, court records show.

Koelliker could be given a prison term of five years to life without parole if convicted of raping the child with his finger, court records show.

The child told three relatives that Koelliker had rubbed her in her genital area on the outside of her clothing before putting his finger inside her vagina, Yale Police Officer Ken Moore alleged in an affidavit filed in Payne County court records last week.

The girl’s mother wrote in a petition for an emergency protective order, which was granted, that on May 9 her daughter woke her to tell her that Koelliker had touched her genital area and “it hurt.”

The girl’s mother said that she then texted her own mother so she could get the girl out of the home, “so I could get him (Patrick) to leave,” the petition said.

After Yale police were called, “I filed a report and we then took her to the Saville Center in Stillwater,” the girl’s mother wrote in her EPO petition.

“The Saville center confirmed that the crime did happen,” the girl’s mother wrote in her EPO petition.

“Patrick Koelliker is no longer staying with us. I no longer want him around us, talking to us, anything to do with us,” the girl’s mother wrote in her EPO petition.
