Cushing Middle School student Chloe Tate recently won the Oklahoma State Lion’s 3-H District Peace Poster Competition.

Chloe, a student of CMS art teacher Betty Bowen, won the first round of competition in December when her poster was selected by the Cushing Lion’s Club at their annual Peace Poster Competition.

Cushing Lion’s Club President Tom Cummings had the privilege of awarding the young artist a prize of $100 at the Oklahoma Lions Club District Convention held recently in Guthrie.

Chloe is the daughter of Kevin Tate and Kristi Tate.
