Leo Thibodeaux Jr., a Cushing resident, passed away on Friday, March 14, 2014 in his home at the age of 59 years.

The son of the late Leo Sr. and Stella (Kyser) Thibodeaux, Leo was born November 10, 1954 in Cushing, OK.  He was reared and educated in Cushing OK, graduating in 1973. Leo worked as an Oilfield hand for many years; he enjoyed shopping, going to swap meets, painting and Indian artifacts. Leo also worked in a body shop where he shared his love of cars and expressed his talent as a painter in the shop. He also liked to fish, attend hot rod shows, antiquing, drawing and woodworking.

Survivors include his daughters, Angie Deramo and husband Danny of Stroud, Oklahoma, Amber Darling of Golden Colorado; one son, Levi Hall of Drumright, Oklahoma; three sisters; Linda Kanady and husband Steve of Cushing Oklahoma, Beverly Darling and husband Carl of Cushing Oklahoma, Stella Bacon and husband Neal of Milfay Oklahoma; two grandchildren; Asheleigh Wheeler, and MaKaylie Renfrow; one great-grandchild, Rylee Renfrow; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Leo is preceded in death by his parents, Leo Sr. and Stella Thibodeaux
