(Mannford, Okla) – The Cushing Lady Tigers came out firing on all cylinders in the opening round matchup of the Keystone Classic Invitational and dropped Victory Christian by a score of 67-26. Except for a 1-0 lead about a minute and a half into the first period, the Lady Conquerers were never in the game. Cheron Lewis led the Lady Tigers with 17 points, while McKenzie Stanford and Brittany Youngman added 13. Stanford and Youngman did much of their scoring from behind the three point arc, both connecting 3 times. Cushing is now 3-0 on the season. The Tuesday night win puts the Lady Tigers in a 7:00 PM matchup Thursday against Tulsa Webster, which defeated Cleveland in the first round, 35-22. ***
