Kenneth Luther Bell, age 67, of Cushing, passed away Friday, November 27, 2009 at the Clarehouse Hospice Facility in Tulsa.  Funeral services have been entrusted to the Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Cushing, OK and are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at Oakhill Cemetery Chapel in Mannford with Reverend Robert Whisnant officiating.

Kenneth was born April 24, 1942 in Liberty Mounds, Oklahoma to Harry Luther Bell and Vilcia Lorene (Lattie) Bell.  He grew up in Bixby, later joining the Navy. On July 1, 1966 he married the love of his life, Linda Judd in Bixby.  They then moved to Odessa, Texas where he worked in the oilfields for 11 years before moving to Drumright in 1978.  He worked there several years for Rockwell International and retired from Boeing in 1999.  In 2002 the couple moved to Alaska where they lived for three and a half years before coming to Cushing in October of 2009.  Kenneth loved gardening and fishing, and will always be remembered as a hard worker and great dad.   

Kenneth is survived by his wife Linda of the home; two sons, Kenneth Don Bell of Drumright, and Johnny Bell of Drumright; daughter, Tammy Bell of Drumright; brothers Albert Bell, Harold Bell, David Bell, and Delbert Bell; sisters Velma Lawson, and Geneva Rodgers; four grandchildren, Jennifer, Derek, Lindsay, and Leslie; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents.
