The 88th annual Jr. Olympics, which is an event sponsored by the Lion’s Club, was held this year at the Drumright High School Football Field.
The Cushing and Drumright Lions Club combined to put on the event. Cushing Lions Club president Terry Brannon stated, “What a great way for both clubs to join and serve the kids of both communities.”
5th and 6th grade boys and girls competed in events such as running, jumping, and softball throw because of the commitment of Lions Club members to serve.
