(Cushing, Okla.) The following information is a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety.
A personal injury collision occurred on October 3rd (2015) at approximately 6:18 (pm) on SH51 at 401st West Avenue, about 5.8 miles west of Mannford, in Creek County.
Phillip Ingram (53) of Jennings was driving a 2005 Harley Davidson motorcycle when he apparently departed roadway to the left on eastbound SH51. A call came into dispatch and a trooper was sent out to locate the victim (Ingram) who was on foot at 393rd West Avenue on SH51. Ingram didn’t know the location of the collision, but troopers were able to locate the Harley the next day which was October 4th (2015).
Ingram was transported by Mannford EMS to OSU Medical (Tulsa) where he was admitted good condition with trunk external, leg and head injuries.
The Department of Public Safety report shows the cause of collision to be speed.
