(Cushing, Okla.) The following information is based on a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety (DPS).
A personal injury collision occurred on April 12th (2018) at approximately 8:54 am on US64, approximately 7 miles south of Cleveland in Pawnee County.
Anthony Joseph Smith (21) of Tulsa was driving a 2010 Ford Escape when his vehicle turned left of center, striking a 2001 Honda Odyssey Van driven by Christopher David Cloud (33) of Cleveland. The Ford Escape rolled three times coming to rest in the ditch.
Smith was transported to St. John’s (Tulsa) where he was treated and released. His passenger Jaycie Paige Thompson (21) of Cleveland was also transported to St. John’s (Tulsa) where she was admitted in stable condition with internal injuries.
Cloud was transported to the Cleveland Hospital, in Cleveland where he was treated and released.
According to the DPS report seat-belts were in use.
