(Cushing, Okla.) The following information is a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety.
An injury collision occurred December 6th (2018) at approximately 8:29 am on State Highway 99, .8 miles north of Crestview Drive (.8 miles north of Cleveland, Oklahoma), in Pawnee County.
Lorraine Mautino, (57) of Osage, was driving a 2017 Ford Fusion when the vehicle crossed the centerline and struck the driver side front of the 2012 Chevy Cruze driven by Maranda McWhirt (23) of Osage. The Ford Fusion then struck a guard rail, and both vehicles came to rest in the roadway.
Mautino was transported by Hominy EMS to the Cleveland Hospital where she was treated and released. Her passenger, a juvenile male (11) of Osage, was also transported for treatment and then released.
McWhirt was transported by Mercy Regional EMS to St. Johns Hospital (Tulsa) where she was admitted.
According to the DPS report seat-belts were in use.
