(Cushing, Okla.) The following information is a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety.
An injury collision occurred January 25th (2019) at approximately 1:06 pm on Lonestar Road 6/10 of a mile west of Hickory, 6/10 mile west of Sapulpa, in Creek County.
Morgan N. Warren, (18) of Sapulpa, was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado traveling eastbound on Lonestar Road when she lost control of the vehicle on a curve. The Silverado departed the roadway to the left and struck a chain link fence, then struck a tree. The driver was ejected an unknown distance after impact.
According to the DPS report seat-belts were not use.
