Helen Goff, longtime Cushing resident, passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2010, in the Cushing Regional Hospital at the age of 75 years.
The daughter of the late Fred Pemberton and Lucinda Despain Pemberton, Helen was born on November 23, 1934 in Laverne, OK. She came to Cushing as a teenager and was educated in the Cushing schools.
She was married to C.G. Goff on July 3, 1950 in Cushing and the couple has resided in this area since that time.
Helen was a member of the Park Place Baptist Church; she enjoyed animals and was an avid wolf lover, collecting all kinds of wolfs.
Survivors include her husband of over 59 years, Corky of the home; many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 12 brothers and sisters.
Funeral services were held on Friday, Jan. 22, at 2 P.M. in the Park Place Baptist Church with Pastor Jerry Brown, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Euchee Valley Memorial Park Cemetery.
