(Hallett, Okla.) The following information is a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety.
An injury collision occurred on Wednesday, September 2nd (2015) at approximately 12:42 (pm) on SH99 (60 feet north of Frisco Street) inside the city limits of Hallet, in Pawnee County.
Katherine A. Morris (22) of Hallet was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Uplander van that was southbound on SH99 when the van she was driving departed the roadway to the left striking an embankment, continuing on through a line of bushes striking a shed, and on across Frisco Street coming to rest in the ditch.
Morris was transported by Mercy EMS to St. John’s Hospital (Tulsa) in stable condition with multiple injuries.
Seat-belts were equipped but were not in use.
