Glenda Ann Alexander, age 52 of Drumright passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 in Bristow, Oklahoma.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at the Church of the Nazarene in Drumright, Ok. Arrangements are entrusted to Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Cushing, Ok.
Glenda was born on January 18, 1963 in Lawton, Oklahoma to the late Billy and Norma Jean Simerly.
She grew up in Lawton, graduating from Lawton High School in 1980. Glenda married David Prince in 1980, to this union David Glenn Prince II and and Kasey Prince were born. She worked as an electrical engineer and in construction for many years. Glenda married Floyd Hubbard in 1984 where she gained a son Curtis Hubbard and to this union Ashley Hubbard were born. She enjoyed carving wood, making nick-nacks in her basement which was also her workshop. Glenda loved riding her Harley Motorcycle. She liked to draw and write. She also has many certifications and degrees, and was highly skilled at many things. Glenda married Jimmie Alexander on September 15, 2003. Glenda also worked for the Drumright Public School where she drove a bus, was a class room aide and was also a mechanic.
Glenda is survived by her daughters Kasey Prince Williams and husband Chris Williams of Perkins, Ashley Hubbard and husband Andrew Loya of Cushing, son Curtis Hubbard of Cushing, brothers Don Simerly and wife Sheila of Perkins, Michael Simerly of Alabama, grandchildren Jozelyn and Cayleb Williams, Michayla and Kaylee Loya, Selena Patterson, Aubrey Fritz and Benjamin Hubbard.
Glenda was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jimmy Alexander, son David Glenn Prince II and sister Brenda Simerely.
