It’s time once again for high school football and with new KUSH teams and new gear, KUSH will be bringing all of the action LIVE to you again this year via radio, audio stream and video stream – not only for the Cushing Tigers, but for the Drumright Tornadoes as well!

The Cushing Tigers will start the season at home against their long-time rival the Bristow Pirates. Kickoff will begin at an earlier time – 7:00 p.m.
The Quarterback Club will be hosting their annual fundraiser hamburger feed from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $7 each and the money is used for team related needs within the football program.
Prior to kickoff, the CHS Athletic Department will introduce the 2014 Cushing Schools Athletic Hall of Fame inductees. This year’s honorees are:
Hubert Bay, Athlete Inductee, 1945 Graduate
Ron “Freight Train” Harmon, Athlete Inductee, 1959 Graduate
Tammy Elmore, Athlete Inductee, 1981 Graduate
Joe Wilson, Service/Contributor Inductee, 1940 Graduate
Sean “The Voice Of The Cimarron Valley” Kelly, Service/Contributor Inductee, 1978 Graduate
The Drumright Tornadoes will start off their season at home against the Wellston Tigers. Kickoff will be at 7:15 p.m.
KUSH is proud to also bring viewers the Drumright Tornado football season LIVE. KUSH will video stream the football game every Friday night on City Link TV.
Beginning at noon on Saturday, KUSH will broadcast Friday night’s Drumright game via audio stream as well as radio.
