(Cushing, Okla.) The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports that there was a one car accident that produced a fatality this morning at approximately 8:25 (am). The accident happened on “County Road” 3430 Road, Chandler, Oklahoma in Lincoln County.
Briana Allen (34) of Chandler was driving a 1999 Toyota Tacoma when the accident occurred. Allen was taken by Davenport EMS to Stroud E.R. where she was later transported to St Francis (Tulsa) in good condition.
Brandi Porter (33) of Chandler was one of two passengers in Allen’s vehicle at the time of the accident and was pronounced at the scene. Porter was then transported by the Medical Examiner’s Office to their facility in Oklahoma City. The second passenger Joel Houser (26) of Chandler was taken by Davenport EMS to OU Medical Center (OKC) where he was admitted in good condition.
According to OHP reports seat-belts were in use.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
