(Cushing)- The Cushing-Drumright Elks Lodge has announced plans for the annual Earl Gibble Easter Egg Hunt in Cushing Memorial Park. The event will be followed by a free movie at the Dunkin Theater (Carmike Cinema) in Downtown Cushing.

The Event is named for the Late Earl Gibble, a Cushing Businessman who underwrote and sponsored the event for many years.

This year’s Easter Egg Hunt will take place March 22nd at 9:30, and is open to children ages 1-10. After the hunt, a free movie will be shown at the Dunkin Theater. Children will be given a soft drink and popcorn.

In the event of rain, the egg hunt will be canceled, and the Easter eggs will be given out at the theater following the free movie.

This year’s Earl Gibble Easter Egg Hunt is sponsored by Bank of Cushing and the Cushing Drumright Elks Loddge.
