Dillen Lee Leverich, infant, passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2009 in the Cushing Regional Hospital.
Dillen was born on December 19, 2008 to Karrie Leverich of Cushing.
Survivors include his mother, Karrie Leverich; grandfather, Gary Leverich, Sr.; sister, Deborah Leverich; two uncles, Gary Leverich, II and JC Leverich and other relatives and friends.
Services will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. in the Davis Memorial Chapel with Reverend Larry Huff officiating.
Burial will follow in the Harrell Cemetery.
