(Cushing, Okla.) The following information is a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety.
A personal Injury collision occurred on January 20th (2016) at approximately 1:30 pm, on SH16 southbound, 223 feet south of 162nd Street South, 2 miles north of Shamrock, in Creek County.
Misty Kershman, a 31 year old woman from Depew was critically injured when the 2005 Dodge Durango she was driving departed the roadway to the left overturning and coming to rest upright.
Kershman who was ejected from the vehicle was transported by Creek County EMS to Saint John Hospital (Tulsa), where she was admitted.
The collision is still under investigation according to the Department of Public Safety.
