(Stillwater, Okla.) — A 36-year-old Stillwater man accused of exposing himself to a female Door Dash driver delivering food to his apartment remains free on $5,000 cash bond pending a Feb. 6 court appearance.
The defendant, Abraham Isaac Christian Smith could be given as much as a 10-year prison term and a $20,000 fine if convicted of indecent exposure, court records show.
Smith was arrested at his apartment complex at 10:19 pm on Dec. 7, 2022, after a Door Dash driver called Stillwater police at 9:09 pm, an affidavit said.
The driver said, “she has dropped off many Door Dash meals to this apartment in the past with no problem,” Stillwater Police Officer Zachary Gulick wrote in an affidavit.
She said “this time she was dropping off some pizza to the apartment. (She) stated as she walked up to the door, the resident of the apartment she was delivering food to was standing in the window, with his penis sticking out of the front hole in his pants,” and touching himself while watching a porn video, the affidavit alleged.
She said, “when he noticed her standing outside, the male resident made eye contact with her,” and began to fondle himself more vigorously, the affidavit alleged.
She said, “she felt very violated, almost as if she had been assaulted,” the affidavit alleged.
When the Stillwater officer asked the suspect about the incident, “Abraham did admit to masturbating while waiting for his food to arrive. Abraham later stated he went to check to see if his food was at his door and did have his penis exposed while walking to the front door and was masturbating it while walking towards the door,” the affidavit alleged.
“Abraham stated his blinds were open enough that someone outside of his residence could have seen into his apartment while standing outside of his door.
“Abraham stated he tucked his penis back into his pants before opening the door to check on his food,” the affidavit alleged.
