(Stillwater, Okla.) — A Cushing woman, who was placed on probation six years ago for stabbing her boyfriend, has been charged with using a Cushing man’s car without his consent.

An arrest warrant was issued on Dec. 6 for Robin Leola McGee, 33, who has not yet appeared in court.

Cushing Police Officer Alex Gegen wrote in an affidavit that on Sept 10 a Cushing man “stated he let Robin McGee use his vehicle on Sept. 8, 2019, so she could gather some belongings.”

“He said he told McGee that she needed to bring the vehicle back the same day so he could go to work the next day,” but she had not done so, the affidavit alleged.

The man said “about a year ago, McGee did the same thing, but brought the vehicle back about a week later with some items missing from the vehicle. He said he does not want that to happen again,” the affidavit alleged.

The man said “he does not have any way to get in contact with McGee,” the affidavit said.

According to court records, McGee was charged seven years ago with stabbing her boyfriend with a folding knife at least three times in the abdomen and chest, which caused him to have rapidly bleeding wounds requiring emergency medical treatment.

In that felony case of domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, on March 18, 2012 at 2:48 am “Cushing Regional Hospital reported a stabbing victim was at the hospital and wanted to talk to police,” Cushing Police Officer Matt Piatt wrote in an affidavit filed in Payne County court records.

The victim said that McGee had been living with him in a romantic relationship at his residence for the past three days, the affidavit said.

The victim said “he and McGee began arguing while in the residence and McGee struck him in the head with her right closed fist.”

He said “the argument continued outside and McGee stabbed him three times, once in the stomach, once in the left chest and once in the upper chest below the neck line.”

When McGee was interviewed, she admitted assaulting her boyfriend with a knife that was thrown on top of an adjacent building by a male friend, the affidavit said.

In 2013, McGee pleaded guilty to the felony charge for which she was placed on probation for five years under a deferred sentence, with an order to undergo treatment recommendations contained in a background report for the court, records show.
