(Cushing, Okla.)  Only 48 minutes of football separate the Cushing Tigers from their first state championship since 1961. The Tigers will take on the Heritage Hall Chargers and Stillwater High School, 1224 N. Husband will be the venue for the championship game that will be held Friday night, December 19, 2014.

There will be a community pep rally and bon fire on Thursday, December 18, 2014 in the parking lot west of the football field beginning at 7:00 p.m. Friday afternoon, the public is encouraged to line Highway 18 from Main as far north as possible with parents, friends and fans at 4:00 p.m. and show Tiger Pride as the team heads to Stillwater!

If you are headed to the game Friday night, Cushing fans may park on the West side of the stadium and enter through the main entrances on the West side of the stadium.

Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. and kickoff will be at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $7.

Due to OSSAA regulations, KUSH will not be video streaming the championship game but we will still have the action LIVE via radio and audio stream. We hope you will go to Stillwater and cheer the Cushing Tigers to a victory but if for some reason, you cannot make it to the game, be sure to keep your radio tuned to 1600 KUSH or CLICK HERE to listen via audio stream.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – DECEMBER 16, 2014 -FOX Sports Oklahoma has added Friday’s (Dec. 19) OSSAA Class 3A Football State Championship to the program schedule and will televise the Heritage Hall vs. Cushing game LIVE at 7:00 p.m. CT on FOX Sports Oklahoma Plus.

Plus is used by FOX Sports Oklahoma to simultaneously show multiple events on two channels and is available to all video providers that carry FOX Sports Oklahoma. The OSSAA Class 3A title game also will be replayed on FOX Sports Oklahoma on Saturday (Dec. 20) at 5:00 p.m. CT. Jeremie Poplin (play-by-play), Mark Rodgers (analyst) and Mike Ziegenhorn (sideline reporter) will call the game from Stillwater High School.
