(Cushing, Okla.)  The Cushing Masonic Lodge Charity Fund ended 2012 with a donation to the Cushing Regional Hospital Foundation.  Their $328.43 gift will be placed in the Education Fund for the Cushing Paramedics.  Terry Maxwell, Master of the Lodge, and Bob Felts, Masonic Lodge Charity Golf Organizer, recently presented a check to Lee Roy Kalka, CRH Foundation President.

The Cushing Masonic Lodge has been very active and has co-sponsored the Charity Golf Event since its beginning.  Originally, they agreed to match up to $2500 toward the project.   At the end of 2012, they had the $328.43 remaining in their budget.   The Charity Golf Event had raised enough funds to match that amount, so the Masonic Lodge was generous and gave the amount to the Foundation.

The Cushing Masonic Lodge has strong feelings toward the Hospital as at one time they were the managers of it.  Even though the Hospital was different in looks, it played an important role then as it does now!
