When the girl was interviewed at the Saville Center in Stillwater on July 7, 2020, she disclosed that Watkins “had molested her and made her watch pornography while at his residence,” when he lived east of Cushing on N. Oak Grove, the affidavit. said.
The girl said that Watkins made her touch his genital area, the affidavit said.
The girl “also disclosed Watkins would show her pornography of men and women having sex, using both his phone and the TV on the wall,” the affidavit said.
