(Oklahoma City) – A Federal Grand Jury in Oklahoma City has indicted a Cushing man on six counts of possession of materials involving sexual exploitation of minors. James Howard Harris, 23, was arrested on a U.S. Marshal’s warrant by Cushing Police on Wednesday, and transported to the Marshal’s office in Oklahoma City. Harris appeared before a Federal Magistrate on Thursday and was released on an unsecured bond. The six count indictment alleges that on or about August 30th, 2007, Harris possessed computer discs and other material that contained images of child pornography that was produced using materials that had been mailed, shipped and transported in interstate and foreign commerce by any means, including by computer that the defendant stored on a computer hard drive.

The indictment was issued on April 1st, and the case filed by Assistant U.S. Attorney Randal A. Sengel in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
