(Stillwater, Okla.) — A Cushing man was charged Monday with stealing a woman’s car on Feb. 3 in a case investigated by the Payne County Sheriff’s Office.
If convicted of taking a 2001 Ford Taurus, Justin Layne Rollins, 26, could be incarcerated for three to 20 years and fined as much as three times the value of the car.
Rollins’ arraignment date has not yet been set, court records show.
