(Stillwater, Okla.) — A Cushing man was charged Tuesday with pointing a .25-caliber gun at a woman in Cushing on Friday.
Wencesloa Moreno, 30, could be given as much as a 10-year prison term if convicted of feloniously pointing a firearm.
Moreno, who is also being held for immigration authorities, is due to be arraigned Wednesday on his felony gun charge, court records show.
