(Stillwater, Okla.) — A Cushing man was arraigned Wednesday on a two-count charge accusing him of driving without a license and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident at State Highway 33 and Euchee Valley Road on Oct. 12.
One victim in the accident received back and neck injuries, while another victim had an arm injury, according to the charge filed Wednesday.
Cole Dean Spann, 23, was driving a white 2012 Chevrolet Cruze when it struck a tan 2004 Dodge Intrepid, but he fled the scene and was later apprehended at another location, the two-count charge alleged.
If convicted of both counts, Spann could be incarcerated for two years plus 30 days and fined $1,300, court records show.
Spann remains free on $5,000 bail pending a Nov. 21 court appearance with an attorney.***
