(Stillwater, Okla.) – A Cushing man who was convicted of felony drunk driving in Pittsburg County in 2010 was arraigned Tuesday on a two-count Payne County charge of drunk driving in Cushing and driving under suspension, both on July 9.
Roy Leslie Low, 47, remained jailed Tuesday on $5,000 bail with an order to appear in court on July 20 with an attorney, court records show.
If convicted of both counts, Low could be incarcerated for six years and fined $3,000, according to the charge filed Tuesday.
According to court records, in October of 2010, Low was placed on five years’ probation for drunk driving in Pittsburg County.
