(Stillwater, Okla.) – A rural Cushing man was charged today with having broken into three parked cars in Cushing in August.
If convicted of all three counts, Joseph Lee Rolan, 38, could be incarcerated for as long as 21 years and fined $30,000, court records show.
Rolan has been accused of breaking into a 2005 GMC in the 1500 block of E. 9th Street on Aug. 13, court records show.
Rolan has also been accused of breaking into a 2008 Chrysler in the 500 block of S. Little and a 2007 Lincoln in the 500 block of N. Noble, both on Aug. 26, court records show.
A court date has not yet been set for Rolan on the three-count felony charge.
