(Stillwater, Okla.)  A Cushing man charged with using his Facebook account to solicit sexual conduct by two minor females and possessing child pornography on his cell phone told Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation Agent Rachel Savory “my world is over,” according to allegations contained in an affidavit.
    Carlos Ozz Fritinger, 24, who allegedly used the Facebook name of Carlos Winters, remains jailed on $50,000 bail pending a Wednesday court appearance.
    If convicted of a three-count felony charge, Fritinger could be imprisoned for 40 years and fined $45,000, according to court documents filed by prosecutor Debra Vincent.
    When Fritinger was interviewed by the OSBI agent in her state vehicle on Dec. 18, 2015, “Fritinger admitted to receiving and viewing nude images of underage girls on Facebook, including ‘Jessica,’ who agents have not identified,” the affidavit alleged.
    Fritinger admitted he was in a relationship with a minor female, but denied any sexual contact with her, the affidavit alleged.
    “Fritinger asked one of his Facebook friends to assault a minor male, but he was not assaulted,” the affidavit alleged.
    “Fritinger identified children as anyone under age 18.
    “Fritinger admitted to sending nude images of minor females to other users on Facebook,” the affidavit alleged.
    “Fritinger admitted to using Facebook to meet girls online and send images of his penis to them,” the affidavit alleged.
    “Fritinger said he had not sexually touched any children,” the affidavit said.
    “Fritinger said he was an over-night stocker at Walmart.
    “Fritinger said he was intelligent and knew he was in trouble for what he had done. He said, ‘my world is over,’” the affidavit alleged.
    “On Dec. 18, 2015, a preview of the mobile phone used by Fritinger was conducted by Edmond Police Detective Jason Kushmaul. Kushmaul located numerous files which he and I both identified as child pornography.
    “The images included minor females approximately 12 years of age, posing in a lewd manner, engaging in sexual acts,” the OSBI agent alleged in her affidavit.
    On Nov. 16, 2015, Fritinger had come under investigation after the OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children received received two cybertips from The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the affidavit said.
    Fritinger, allegedly using the Facebook name of Carlos Winters, “enticed two minor females to produce and send apparent child pornography images to him,” the affidavit alleged. The girls were then 13 and 14, the affidavit said.
    On Nov. 19, 2015, a search warrant was issued for the Facebook account of Carlos Winters, the affidavit said.
    On Nov. 30, 2015, Facebook responded to the search warrant and provided all messages with content sent by and received at Carlos Winters account, digital images and correspondence between Jan. 27, 2014, and Sept. 10, 2015, the affidavit said.
    “Included in those messages were writings from Fritinger to at least 17 other Facebook users,” including the girls of whom he allegedly solicited sexual conduct, the affidavit said.
    On Dec. 18, 2015 at 7:40 a.m., officers from the OSBI, the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office, Edmond Police Department, Payne County Sheriff’s Office and Cushing Police Department served a search warrant in the 200 block of E. Second Street in Cushing, the affidavit said.
    “Four individuals were contacted inside the residence.
    “Once the residence was secured, I told the occupants that a warrant was being served for child sexual exploitation,” the OSBI agent wrote in her affidavit.
    “One occupant identified himself as Carlos Fritinger. Fritinger denied any knowledge of child pornography,” the affidavit said.
