(Cushing, Okla.) It’s the Dog Days of Summer and what better time to have a dog parade? That’s what the Cushing Chamber of Commerce thought when planning this event for Saturday, July 11th in Downtown Cushing!
Chamber members and other businesses are invited to tout their businesses by setting up a booth in downtown for folks to visit while getting ready for the dog parade. Booth prices available by contacting the Chamber at 918-225-2400.
The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a Dog Parade, and sidewalk chalk art contest. Cash prizes will be awarded for the cutest/best dressed pooch and an owner/dog look-a-like contest.
Prizes will also be awarded for the best sidewalk art.
And be sure to stop by the Ask a Vet booth for questions regarding your pets.
