It is no secret that cuts made in Oklahoma’s state budget are affecting school systems across the state.  Tonight, Monday June 7th, the Cushing Board of Education will meet at 7 p.m. in the Cushing Administration Offices board room located at 1401 N. Little Avenue.  The regular monthly meeting will include many reports from Superintendent Koln Knight – including a recommendation for a reduction in support employees.

Agenda items include the consideration and possible action on summer maintenance projects; temporary appropriations for 2010 -2011; the consideration and possible action on adding computerized Teacher Appraisal System as a second alternative to current teacher evaluation policy; and consideration and possible action on the request for deregulation of OAC 210:35-5-41 for Prekindergarten 2009-2010.

A complete agenda can be viewed at the Cushing Administration Office.
