The Cushing Board of Education will hold their regular meeting tonight at 7 o’clock in the Board Room of the Cushing Public Schools Administrative Offices located at 1401 N. Little Avenue.

Agenda items include the consideration and action on the Chamber of Commerce investment and reports on the Gifted and Talented Program and the Child Nutrition Program.  Board members will also meet in executive session to discuss the resignation of Benny McCollum, Transportation Department and the possible employment of Jeri LeAnne Fine, Cafeteria Helper.  Also in executive session, members will discuss the employment for 2010-2011 of Jim Lauerman, Kim Reese, Barry Patterson, Pat Elder, Melissa Amon, Teresa Shaffer, Nancy Dowell, Martha Cackler, Gary Toland, Sally Wright, John Rhoten and Nancy Anderson.

Two others considered for employment, Dr. Kathy McKean and Denise Riley.  Their employment for 2010 – 2011 is contingent upon receipt of federal or state funds that partially or wholly pay for their programs.

Members will return to open session to cast their votes.
