(Cushing, Okla) — The regular monthly meeting of the Cushing Board of Commissioners has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 21 at 10 a.m at City Hall. Typically, regular monthly meetings are held on the third Monday of each month.
Several proclamations will be made at the beginning of the meeting: Proclamation of May 3, 2019 as the Day of Reason; March 17 – 23, 2019 as National Safe Place Week; and April as White Cane Month. Two presentations will also be made. Republic Services will make a presentation to Cushing Pride; and OML (Oklahoma Municipal League) will present City Manager Terry Brannon an award for 25 years of service in municipal government.
Also on the agenda, a resolution to approve the Cushing Youth and Community Center Advisory Board Bylaws.
