(Cushing, Okla.) Cushing Regional Hospital’s Lunch & learn Seminar for December has been scheduled for Friday, Dec. 16th, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. in the CRH Auxiliary Education Room. The speaker for this month’s seminar is Jeanne Wheeler Loveland, Physical Therapist and Rehab Manager for CRH Rehabilitative Services.

How to deal with chronic pain
What is wound care?
Exercise tips to keep off the holiday pounds
Also on the agenda – Senior Focus walking club prizes. Members are asked to bring the total number of miles walked in 2011.
