(Cushing, Okla.) Have you ever wished you could sit down and ask a Cushing Commissioner a question or talk about what’s on your mind? You will have that opportunity this Thursday, January 29th, at 7 p.m. at the First Free Will Baptist Church.
With a town-hall type setting, “Cushing Conversations” is a time citizens of Cushing can come and learn about city government and raise questions, concerns, or present ideas about the city of Cushing. Commissioners Terry Brannon and Don Amon will also provide information and answer questions about the upcoming vote on a ladder truck for the Cushing Fire Department and the renovation of City Hall. The special election will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2015.
Everyone is invited to attend and participate in this special event.
The First Free Will Baptist Church is located on North Street (just north of 1148 E. Main St.) in Cushing.
