There will be limited access to Texaco Road between Linwood Avenue and Harmony Road because of construction.
Beginning this morning, Tuesday, September 15, 2009, Texaco Road between Linwood Avenue and Harmony Road will have limited access because Plains All American L.P. will be laying new lines across Texaco Road. The construction is expected to last through Monday, September 21, 2009. If travel is necessary on Texaco Road, motorists are urged to use caution when driving in the area because of ditches that may be open.
