(Cushing, Okla.) The following information is a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety.
A collision occurred at 9:26 (am) on July 7th (2015) at County Road 36700 and County Road 5300 about 4 miles south of Cleveland in Pawnee County.
Roger Norman (77) of Cleveland was operating a 2011 Kawasaki when he failed to negotiate a curve to the right, he then lost control of the Kawasaki on the roadway rolling ¼ times onto the right side and then departing the roadway to the left and coming to rest off of the roadway.
Norman, was taken to St Johns in Tulsa by Mercy EMS where was admitted in stable condition with trunk internal arm and leg injuries.
The DPS report shows that the cause of the accident was speed on a curve or turn.
