(Cushing, Okla) — Cushing Board of Commissioners/Trustees of Cushing Municipal Authority, Cushing Industrial Authority, Cushing Hospital Authority and Cushing Educational Facilities Authority will meet Monday evening at 7 o’clock in City Hall.
Cushing Board of Commissioners agenda items include Resolution No. 11-2022: Consider and take action on a resolution relating to the incurring of indebtedness by the Trustees of Cushing Educational Facilities Authority for the benefit of Independent School District No. 67, Payne County, Oklahoma (Cushing Public Schools); authorizing the sale of revenue obligations, waiving competitive bidding with respect thereto and related matters.
In Cushing Municipal Authority General Business: A discussion regarding trash service and a Resolution No. 05-2022: A resolution to authorize the Chairman, Board of Trustees, to execute a contract with Howard Construction of Ardmore, Oklahoma, in an amount up to $488,000.00 for furnishing and installing a residuals handling facility at the wastewater treatment plant, and to authorize payment.
