(Drumright, Okla.) Central Tech’s annual Open House was held last Sunday, Feb. 14, 2016 from 1 – 4 p.m. on both campuses – Drumright and Sapulpa.

 
There were more than 70 activities to choose from including the free health fair: vital signs (height, weight, BMI, vision screenings, EKG, glucose and cholesterol checks, find your blood type and learn CPR basic. Virtual reality simulations including: firearms training, welding, fire extinguisher, flight simulation, laparoscopic surgery, and Google cardboard.

 
Car and motorcycle enthusiasts were able to enjoy a car show that featured stock, race, diesel, student and modified cars of all kinds and motorcycles.

 
A few of the other things to do and see included: finding the meaning of your name, face painting, participating in a note card tower building contest, checking out the inside of a “big rig,” and extracting DNA from a strawberry!
